  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring end-to-end recruiting processes.

  • Sourcing and Attraction: Create and implement creative sourcing strategies, including social media campaigns and networking.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes, tools, and training to improve hiring decisions and candidate screening.

  • Partnership: Collaborate with HR, senior leaders, and business functions to refine and communicate a compelling vision for talent acquisition.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Employee Retention: Develop and implement employee retention programs and strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Plan regular employee performance reviews and deliver reports to stakeholders.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive workplace.
