BDM (SPECIFICATION) – JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Specify products to architects, designers, client cost consultants, main contractors who ‘design & build’ and developers across the KSA region
- Promote product specifications to Architect offices, interior designers through visits, lunch and learns etc.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with Architect And Designer offices to enhance brand in the market place,
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with key decision makers / interior design firms in the industry.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple sales stakeholders on forthcoming projects, managing process from specification to sales conversion.
- Attend external and internal trainings to keep up to date on new products and developments and techniques,
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide technical support to customers
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in specification sales, preferably in the Hardware / building material industry or allied industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- An understanding of interior design / Hardware is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel to across KSA
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
