BDM (SPECIFICATION) – JOB DESCRIPTION  

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Specify products to architects, designers, client cost consultants, main contractors who ‘design & build’ and developers across the KSA region
  • Promote product specifications to Architect offices, interior designers through visits, lunch and learns etc.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Architect And Designer offices to enhance brand in the market place,
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with key decision makers / interior design firms in the industry.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple sales stakeholders on forthcoming projects, managing process from specification to sales conversion.
  • Attend external and internal trainings to keep up to date on new products and developments and techniques,
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide technical support to customers

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in specification sales, preferably in the Hardware / building material industry or allied industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • An understanding of interior design / Hardware is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel to across KSA
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
