- Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs.
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Obtain customer approval for work to be performed.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle, including any changes in cost or time estimates.
