Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company’s objectives in cost, quality, and delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.

Contract Negotiation & Management
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve best-value procurement.
- Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
- Resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, and quality.

Cost Management & Optimization
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic purchasing, vendor consolidation, and process improvements.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance against budgets.

Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes, suppliers, and contracts.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure quality standards are met.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as finance, logistics, and operations to align procurement strategies with company goals.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments regarding procurement activities, timelines, and requirements.

- Track and report on procurement KPIs, including savings, lead times, and supplier performance.
- Use data analytics to support decision-making, forecast demand, and identify potential supply chain bottlenecks.
