Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Language Support:

    • Translate documents and communications between Japanese and English.
    • Act as a liaison in meetings, calls, and correspondence with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    • Organize travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation in both languages.
  • Project & Task Management:

    • Assist in tracking progress on key projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Personal Assistance:

    • Manage personal appointments, errands, and other tasks for [Manager/Supervisor Title].
    • Support in organizing events, both business-related and personal.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:

    • Handle all business and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Safeguard sensitive documents and data.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attributes: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills; strong communication abilities; ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
