Description
Key Responsibilities:

Language Support:
- Translate documents and communications between Japanese and English.
- Act as a liaison in meetings, calls, and correspondence with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.

Administrative Tasks:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation in both languages.

Project & Task Management:
- Assist in tracking progress on key projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Personal Assistance:
- Manage personal appointments, errands, and other tasks for [Manager/Supervisor Title].
- Support in organizing events, both business-related and personal.

Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle all business and personal information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Safeguard sensitive documents and data.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attributes: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills; strong communication abilities; ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
