Job Title: Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai, UAE
The real estate brokerage agency works with a portfolio of real estate developers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi (UAE) and internationally including South Africa, UK and Asia.
They are hiring a full time, permanent employment opportunity within their corporate offices for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy – Managing, developing and implementing marketing strategies to fit luxury real estate projects.
- Marketing campaign management - Project managing multiple content campaigns for multiple projects and clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure marketing optimisation and success.
- Content creation (images and videography for website and social media channels)
- Managing high quality marketing communications, assets and content and ensuring all work is delivered on-time and within budget to internal departments
- Managing content pipeline using project management tools
- People Leadership – line Management of a team with the potential to grow.
- Strong leadership and performance management skills to help ensure content and creative teams perform at a high level.
- Communication - Engage with internal staff and brokers, stakeholders, and cross departmental to ensure marketing continuity and support.
- Lead generation - Ensure the delivery of leads within the real estate company to attract new business and clients and investors.
- Managing client and sub-contractors and undertaking briefing meetings
- Develop and manage a future marketing team (including hiring personnel with the support of our designated recruitment agency)
- Leading marketing brainstorming activities
- Supervising and reviewing the optimisation of campaigns and projects
- Managing the delivery of all digital content (across website and social media)
- Demonstrable experience in digital, to include Social, PPC, Websites, SEO, Content and e-mail marketing.
- Launch and manage real estate marketing campaigns.
Candidate criteria
- Living in Dubai or UAE
- 2 years of experience as a marketing manager or marketing executive in Real estate in Dubai
- Real estate brokerage marketing experience (Essential)
- Familiar with HubSpot, Asana, and Hootsuite or other marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects within a fast-paced environment
- First class written skills and ability to develop detailed proposals and project briefs
- Working knowledge of the Dubai real estate industry
- Experience in managing and building a team.
- Degree level qualified or equivalent (Essential)
- Marketing strategy experience and interest
- Creative problem-solving approach leading new initiatives from creation to completion
- Credible and authoritative in presentation delivery and style
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with experience of making presentations to diverse, high calibre audiences internationally
- Demonstrable experience of marketing campaign and account management
- A passion for online and offline marketing, digital and inbound marketing.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- A good understanding of website development in WordPress and other languages
- Content management experience
- Good energy & positive can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
