Description

Marketing & Growth Strategy

  • Agency Liaison: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, providing clear direction and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage budgets and track ad spend.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy, including creating a content calendar, writing blog posts, articles, and social media content. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Video Content Creation: Coordinate with video editors and other content creators to produce engaging video content for the clinic's website and social media channels. Develop creative video concepts and oversee the production process.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking: Implement strategies to generate leads and track conversions. Analyze lead generation data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track key marketing metrics, including website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI. Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing performance and present findings to clinic leadership.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase brand awareness. This includes managing online presence, social media marketing, local advertising, and community outreach programs.
  • Patient Care: Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction by monitoring patient flow, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining a positive clinic environment.

 

Clinic Administration & Operations Management

  • Operations management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by streamlining administrative tasks, scheduling, and patient experience.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the clinic facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for patients and staff. Dealing with landlords for rental agreement renewal and the related matters.
  • Compliance:Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, employment visas and work permits, and healthcare compliance documentation.
  • Staff Management:Work with cross-functional teams to maintain high performance, accountability, and continuous growth. Oversee all staff including dentists, assistants, nurses and aministrative personnel. This includes recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations and addressing disciplani]ary issues.
