Description

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand the enterprise market segment.

 2. Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients/partners, understanding their needs and proposing tailored telecommunications solutions.

 3. Providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality service delivery.

 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment with enterprise client requirements.

 5. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to capitalize on market opportunities.

 6. Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategies, and maintain profitability while meeting customer satisfaction goals.

 7. Provide regular reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

  Bachelor’s degree in engineering . Business Administration degree/diploma will have added advantage.

  8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the telecommunications sector.

  Proven track record of successful sales performance and exceeding targets.

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends.
