What’s the role?

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for staff, parents, and children—ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality learning experiences, and a happy, thriving nursery. From overseeing curriculum delivery to staff training and parent engagement, you’ll play a vital role in making our nursery a success.

Mandatory requirements:

 CACHE Level 5 (or equivalent) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
 Strong leadership skills with previous UAE experience in a management or senior teaching role.
 A passion for early years education and a deep understanding of EYFS.
 Excellent communication & organizational skills to support staff, engage parents, and drive the nursery’s success.
 Marketing & enrollment expertise to help grow our vibrant nursery community.
