the ideal candidate will enhance user experience, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data analytics to provide insights.
  • Train and support users in Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular data audits.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications as needed.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce features and updates, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration and development.
  • Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools integrated with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes.
