  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives and increase market share within the assigned region.

  • Team Management:

    • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
    • Monitor performance and provide feedback and training to improve sales results.
    • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Sales Execution:

    • Develop sales plans and allocate resources to meet objectives.
    • Ensure timely execution of sales programs and initiatives.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to ensure consistent performance.
