Position: Arcade Manager

The arcade manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance and customer experience of the arcade. This role ensures efficient day-to-day management, staff supervision and compliance with company standards and regulation.

Key responsibilities

Overseeing and managing all aspects of arcade operations, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with company policies.

Supervising arcade staff, preparing work schedules, implementing standard operating procedures for efficient operations

Monitoring arcade games and attractions, coordinating with technical support for malfunctions and ensuring timely maintenance.  

Overseeing inventory control for arcade prizes, tickets and tokens and ensuring accurate record keeping and stock management

Ensuring high-quality customer service by addressing guest enquiries, resolving complaints and enhancing overall guest experience.

Identifying operational challenges, proposing improvements, implementing strategies for business growth.

Monitoring industry trends, introducing new promotions and driving revenue by enhancing customer engagement.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, health codes and local laws, staying updated on any regulatory changes.

Working closely with senior management to align business goals, report operational insights and execute strategic initiatives.

Overseeing and managing special events, tournaments and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and customer retentions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience from similar background.  

Excellent interpersonal and management skills.

Flexibility in terms of hours, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of arcade gaming concepts and practices
