The Alliances & Partnership Manager objective is to drive the development and execution of partnership and alliance strategies, identifying key partnership opportunities and areas that serves both corporates and startups. collaboration. This includes conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions, negotiating partnership agreements, and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring to establish a systematic process of onboarding partners and managing relationship.
- Building and Developing commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners such as corporates, industry experts, and investors.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with the partners to expand market presence.
- Ensuring to identify and address partnership challenges and issues.
- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI.
- Working closely with internal team members of the company, ensuring that alliance and partnership goals are synchronized with company goals.
- Encouraging and supervising any collaborations with partners that benefits the company.
- Negotiating and finalizing deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
- Attending various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Working in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Strategizing newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Scouting for possible arenas to promote the company in relevant trade shows, conferences inside and outside UAE and working closely with the Marketing Department.
- Fostering innovation by integrating partner capabilities with the company’s offerings.
- Organizing joint events, such as webinars, conferences, or exhibitions, with partners to showcase shared capabilities and strengthen relationships.
- Maintaining a centralized database of partnership agreements, performance reports, and historical data for easy access and future reference.
- Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures as set by the Company.
- Other roles & responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director and CEO.
Key Performance Indicators (Illustrative and can be added to/amended by the Supervisor)
• TBD Qualification / Minimum Level of Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience – Specific Requirements
• Experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
• Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce, Monday.com) would be a plus
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
• A highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
• The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred No. of Years of Relevant Experience (Total post qualification experience) 5 (10) System skills, Licensing, Language, or Certification that are/could be helpful
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to speak in front of an audience as and when deemed necessary. Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent skills in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Power point, Excel etc.) Nature of Interactions / Scale of Operations or Management
