Description
Responsibilities:
• Have a strong and updated profile on LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of client's business goals, challenges, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
• Proactively monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
• Proven understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is highly valued. Responsibilities
