Educational Qualification:       Commerce Graduate

Additional Qualification:          Certification in finance

Years of Experience:   At least 1 years’ experience

Job specific skills:        Book keeping & Accounting principles, MS Office proficient, Attention to detail

Key competencies:      Communication, Planning & organizing, multi-tasking

  • To be part of the team responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate records of companies finance and accounts and support Sr. Accountant
  • To prepare cheque for payment as advice and maintain record of cheque issued.
  • Liaising with Accounts Officer to rectify day to day issues.
  • Assist Accounts Officer in preparing Annual Reports and other financial reports by providing details required.
  • To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • May perform other clerical duties associated with accounts.
  • Other administration duties assigned by the management
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts
  • Invoice verification and accounting (receivables and payables).
